Delete Your Riadi Account

This page explains how users of the Riadi (رياضي) app, developed by Riadi Sports, can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

Open the Riadi app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to contact@riadiapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address (or including the phone number) linked to your account.

We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Account information: name, email address, phone number, password and profile picture.
Booking history, tournament registrations and saved preferences.
Device and usage data linked to your account.

Data that may be retained

Payment and transaction records required by Egyptian tax and accounting law, retained for up to the legally required period, then deleted.
Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.
